   「ためになる」=do good
   「害になる」=do harm
   「BよりむしろA」=more A than B

答えと解説

1. It is not the car but the users that I am conserned about.

not A but Bの構文に注意!It is ~that・・・の強調構文!
be concerned about~ ~に関心がある

2. What was it that made him change his mind?

What made him change his mind?のWhatを強調構文にしたもの。
It was what that made ~となり、whatは疑問詞なので、前に出て、What was it ~?になる

3. Such was her ability that she could cope with anything.

Such +be動詞 +名詞 +that ~  
とても名詞なので~
cope with~ ~に対処する
